I have been experiencing mild pains and pain in my legs and joints for the past couple of months. I had a mild soreness in the lower back, and when I took a small amount of the gel, it gave me achy, painful pains in my legs and joints. It was painful and uncomfortable to use. Hi, I have been dealing with pain in my lower back and feet since June 2018. I have been dealing with this pain for 2 weeks now. I feel it's getting worse but it is getting worse. I have been taking a little over the counter pain medication and my doctor said to stop taking the gel before you have a knee brace. I feel like I need to try it again. I am still in the process of taking my knee brace and I cannot afford the cost of the one that is on the shelves at Walmart. I am on a lot of pain that lasts for the last month and is now not getting better. I am also on some meds and have to take a few meds for some pain. My doctor recommended it for osteoarthritis. I have been on this type of knee brace and I'm not getting any pain at all. I do not know how it has helped. I have also heard that pain in my lower back and feet will get worse as you get older. It has helped. I was on an anti-pain medication called Voltaren for knee arthritis for a while. I am now trying to get a new one. My doctor said to stop using the gel and take it off and give it a full time effect. I think I need to go back on the anti-pain medication. I was hesitant to take it but when I went to the pharmacy, I got a refill. The next day, I took the gel out, and it gave me some pain relief in my lower back.
